Welcome to an educational experience that addresses a vital issue head-on: cardiovascular (CV) health in adults living with type 2 diabetes. Making the Connection is a dedicated initiative committed to equipping health care professionals with valuable knowledge to aid in optimizing the management of people with type 2 diabetes and CV risk factors or established cardiovascular disease (CVD).

This educational program, designed for health care professionals, examines the link between type 2 diabetes and CVD, reviews current medical society guidelines, and explores ways to manage individuals with type 2 diabetes and CVD.
