Making the Connection Digital Badge
Once you've finished all four modules, you will have the option to obtain a digital badge to share with your professional network on certain social media platforms.
Since you have completed Novo Nordisk's Making the Connection program (the "Program") for health care professionals, you have the option to obtain a digital badge that you can share with your professional network on certain social media platforms. Specifically, by clicking "I Agree" below, you understand and agree that Novo Nordisk may provide your first name, last name, and email address used to register for the Program for the limited purpose of enabling Novo Nordisk's partner, Credly, to send you an email to accept the digital badge. Credly will not use this information for any other purpose and will immediately delete your information when no longer necessary.

ADCES is an interprofessional membership organization dedicated to improving prediabetes, diabetes and cardiometabolic care through innovative education, management and support.
This is a promotional educational program that will not be certified for continuing medical education credit. Participation requires a novoMEDLINK™ account.
This program has been developed by Novo Nordisk in collaboration with the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association (PCNA) and the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) to bring you up-to-date content designed specifically for the health care community. These associations have received financial support from Novo Nordisk for their collaboration in creation of this educational program and related co-promotional and advertising opportunities.
