Making the Connection CV risk in people with obesity

Welcome to an educational journey that gets to the heart of a critical matter: cardiovascular (CV) health in adults living with overweight and obesity. Making the Connection aims to provide information to aid in optimizing the management of people with obesity and CV risk factors or established cardiovascular disease (CVD).

This educational program designed for health care professionals, examines the prevalence of obesity in the United States, the link between obesity and CVD, and current ways to manage these individuals.
